+3 Architecture have just submitted a planning application to convert an existing office building into residential apartments in Newcastle City Centre. Eaga House was extensively refurbished and extended in the late 1990’s to create a 5 storey, 70,000sqft office building but the departure of the tenant allied to a downturn in the commercial office market created an opportunity to bring this building forward for redevelopment.
